MMB Bausanierung was founded in 1994 and has since been active as a craft enterprise in the area of Berlin and Brandenburg. We are a medium-sized company and have years of experience in concrete restoration, coating work, building construction, monument protection and building waterproofing.
In order to protect resources and the environment, we are primarily working in preservation and restoration of existing buildings. Quality, reliability and cost-effectiveness are our top priorities. We work closely with our clients and propose practical solutions. Even during the construction work, our specialists ensure continuous communication with the clients. Continuous training of our team keeps us up to date with the latest technology.

At MMB Bausanierung, we support our customers in the electricity, gas, and water utility sectors in ensuring their supply continuity. We upgrade infrastructure facilities in need of repair so that they can continue to perform their tasks reliably for another 20 years or more.
Where & When:
- Permanent position (crisis-proof)
- Full-time
- Berlin and the surrounding areas
Tasks:
- Coating and/or Concrete repair work on customer construction sites (no assembly)
- Repair of components or infrastructure structures in need of repair
- Varied work in a technologically (highly) exciting environment
- Personal responsibility for coordinated work orders as well as the provided machinery, equipment, and vehicles
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a bricklayer, coating installer, or skilled worker in a comparable profession
- Experience in concrete repair is helpful (SIVV certificate can be obtained)
- Careful work, ability to work in a team, reliability
- Authorization certificates for small machinery, aerial work platforms, or cranes are helpful (not required or can be obtained)
- Class B driver’s license is helpful (assistance with acquisition is available)
